Conditions

Conditions an au pair has to meet to be able to take part in the au pair programme:

• Age: being at least 18 and maximum 30 years old. In some countries, the maximum age for au pairs is 26 years.
• Experience: experience in babysitting, affinity with children, childcare references
• Opleiding: een diploma Middelbaar Onderwijs hebben. Uitzondering voor België: bewijs van onderwijs minstens tot de leeftijd van 17
• Other conditions: a police clearance or good conduct certificate, independant mind and flexible, interested in other cultures, languages and ways of life, pass all these selection criteria and the oral language test.
